Most Eligible Billionaire - very good!

I’d recommend the Most Eligible Billionaire. I found it very entertaining and, once I began, I just didn’t want to stop reading. The strong characters of the story were strong willed, had morals, integrity and flawed personalities making them relatable. The witty banter, with sexual innuendo, had me laughing out loud while the real situations sometimes had me in tears. It’s a HEA that, in my opinion, brought the story to a successful close!

I really enjoyed this book, but honestly it really bothered me that there was a random character introduced out of no where in the last few pages and that’s who the sequel is about. It felt very out of place with the story line and was just obvious

This book was fantastic. It’s funny and fun and built on a crazy premise that makes it hilarious, but it also has real, serious elements and great character development. I enjoyed everything about this read from the use of the word “peen” which makes me laugh out loud, to the very real feelings of someone who is a survivor and faced challenges and backlash for telling the truth. Can’t wait to read more works by this author.

Joyful, heart wrenching story

It’s really hard to make a hateable jerk character turn absolutely lovable in one story, but this book does it with flair. Vicky is a strong, creative, loving woman that never feels flat. She builds a caring community all around her, pursues her art, and refuses to let the world drag her down. All that might make her sound too good to be true, but her faults are just as real as her strengths. She isn’t the damsel to be saved— she holds the power and has the backbone and brains to use it right. The artisans throughout the story made my artist heart so happy! Actors, crafters, smiths, even mimes! Doing amazing work and being appreciated for it! Argh and the beautiful sister relationship! The little shorthands between them, needling, protecting, comforting. There was just the right about of humor between the dog absurdity, self-deprecating, and aggrandizing jokes. Smuckers is a treasure of a dog. I would read this book again and again and buy more from this author besides. (I’m not going to give away the story, but CW for abusive families, past sexual assault, and claustrophobic situations.)

First time reading this author. Really enjoyed the story and the characters. It kept me reading. But then came the sex scenes that I am way too old for. However I know there is a big market for that so I understand why so many authors use it to their advantage . But It took a good while, many chapters into the story before the author went there. So I was able to enjoy the lead up. Then came what I call too much information, and more descriptive than it had to be. But again, sex sells.

Forget the title, it doesn’t do the book justice.

I really liked this book. The hero is a billionaire, but other than explaining his status, his money is not integral to the character which I love. It mostly avoids the cliche of Prince Charming saving the struggling waif. It’s about a young woman who rebuilds a life for herself and her sister from a shattered childhood. It’s about how she overcame a horror story of a traumatic experience and how she picked up the pieces. It’s also fun in how she meets said billionaire by becoming a “dog whisperer.” The dialogue is a riot. Real lol moments. How the author made this realistic was the people, the depth, New York City, the cultures, and the artisans who make it unique. How a billionaire who works for a living really lives. Kinda like the Queen of UK, it sounds good, but we know the long, complex business and social responsibilities, besides less than ideal family may not make it worth it. I just ate this book in a couple of days because the story was so original and fun. More novels like this Annika! Please?

Read this on a day I was home sick from work. A wonderful story that is well written with enough twists to keep you interested without driving you crazy waiting to get to the point. Vicky is a multi-faceted character who is very likable and I was pulling for her the entire book. And who doesn’t like a happy ending?

This book had me hooked from start to finish. Most Eligible Bastard is a hot, fun read. I mean come on how can you say no to a dog whisperer. The characters have great chemistry and there’s a twist in the story that you don’t see coming. Vicky is a woman that lives her life guarded from everything and everyone else because of her past. She doesn’t want to go thru the same thing. She hates rich entitle people. She has a great heart and because of that she acts as a dog whisper to an old lady Bernadette just to see her happy, what’s the harm in that, right? Well little does she know that this lady and her dog where gonna change her life. Henry is Bernadette son and now that she has passed away he never expects to have to answer to Smuckers the dog and his guardian Vicky on any business matter. He hates this decision his mother took and he is gonna do anything to get them out of his way. But what happens when he can’t stop thinking about Vicky and her smart mouth. She doesn’t back down to him and that intrigues him. But Henry doesn’t do relationships, but everything can change. Annika delivers a great story, so fun to read with enough mystery, twists and hot scenes to keep you entertained. I was hooked from the beginning, it made me laugh out loud and made me sweat. Do your self a favor and grab this book is so much fun. You can’t say no to a hot guy and a tiny dog. I received an ARC and this is my review.!

There was so much more to his character that meets the eye, and when he and Vicky start to hit it off, their relationship makes perfect sense. The storyline was fresh and interesting and the writing was simply fantastic. The characters were done so well, they multifaceted and vastly entertaining. Vicky and Henry have plenty of steamy sex scenes and a witty repertoire I couldn't get enough of. I seriously enjoyed everything about this book! I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.

I knew I was going to fall in love with this book when it opened with the hospital scene. Once I started I couldn't put it down. I felt so much for what happened to Vicky and how she picked herself right up to take care of her sister. I loved the chemistry between Henry and Vicky. The scene where they are on the top floor of the unfinished building was HOT. My first read from this author and I loved very minute of it. Will definitely be reading more from her.

Joyful, heart wrenching story

It’s really hard to make a hateable jerk character turn absolutely lovable in one story, but this book does it with flair. Vicky is a strong, creative, loving woman that never feels flat. She builds a caring community all around her, pursues her art, and refuses to let the world drag her down. All that might make her sound too good to be true, but her faults are just as real as her strengths. She isn’t the damsel to be saved— she holds the power and has the backbone and brains to use it right. The artisans throughout the story made my artist heart so happy! Actors, crafters, smiths, even mimes! Doing amazing work and being appreciated for it! Argh and the beautiful sister relationship! The little shorthands between them, needling, protecting, comforting. There was just the right about of humor between the dog absurdity, self-deprecating, and aggrandizing jokes. Smuckers is a treasure of a dog. I would read this book again and again and buy more from this author besides. (I’m not going to give away the story, but CW for abusive families, past sexual assault, and claustrophobic situations.)

First time reading this author. Really enjoyed the story and the characters. It kept me reading. But then came the sex scenes that I am way too old for. However I know there is a big market for that so I understand why so many authors use it to their advantage . But It took a good while, many chapters into the story before the author went there. So I was able to enjoy the lead up. Then came what I call too much information, and more descriptive than it had to be. But again, sex sells.

No faking it

Forget the title, it doesn’t do the book justice.

I really liked this book. The hero is a billionaire, but other than explaining his status, his money is not integral to the character which I love. It mostly avoids the cliche of Prince Charming saving the struggling waif. It’s about a young woman who rebuilds a life for herself and her sister from a shattered childhood. It’s about how she overcame a horror story of a traumatic experience and how she picked up the pieces. It’s also fun in how she meets said billionaire by becoming a “dog whisperer.” The dialogue is a riot. Real lol moments. How the author made this realistic was the people, the depth, New York City, the cultures, and the artisans who make it unique. How a billionaire who works for a living really lives. Kinda like the Queen of UK, it sounds good, but we know the long, complex business and social responsibilities, besides less than ideal family may not make it worth it. I just ate this book in a couple of days because the story was so original and fun. More novels like this Annika! Please?

Read this on a day I was home sick from work. A wonderful story that is well written with enough twists to keep you interested without driving you crazy waiting to get to the point. Vicky is a multi-faceted character who is very likable and I was pulling for her the entire book. And who doesn’t like a happy ending?

Most Eligible Billionaire by Annika Martin On iBooks I totally binge-read this because I had to know what happened! ...And I’m a sucker for romantic happy endings, which I was unapologetically rooting for...so I had to know if that’s where this would end. These characters are great, and I enjoyed following along in their story - even though I didn’t find the “comedy” part of the “romantic comedy” as described on the cover! Hm... Great read, in any case.

This book had me hooked from start to finish. Most Eligible Bastard is a hot, fun read. I mean come on how can you say no to a dog whisperer. The characters have great chemistry and there’s a twist in the story that you don’t see coming. Vicky is a woman that lives her life guarded from everything and everyone else because of her past. She doesn’t want to go thru the same thing. She hates rich entitle people. She has a great heart and because of that she acts as a dog whisper to an old lady Bernadette just to see her happy, what’s the harm in that, right? Well little does she know that this lady and her dog where gonna change her life. Henry is Bernadette son and now that she has passed away he never expects to have to answer to Smuckers the dog and his guardian Vicky on any business matter. He hates this decision his mother took and he is gonna do anything to get them out of his way. But what happens when he can’t stop thinking about Vicky and her smart mouth. She doesn’t back down to him and that intrigues him. But Henry doesn’t do relationships, but everything can change. Annika delivers a great story, so fun to read with enough mystery, twists and hot scenes to keep you entertained. I was hooked from the beginning, it made me laugh out loud and made me sweat. Do your self a favor and grab this book is so much fun. You can’t say no to a hot guy and a tiny dog. I received an ARC and this is my review.!

The storyline was fresh and interesting and the writing was simply fantastic. The characters were done so well, they multifaceted and vastly entertaining. Vicky and Henry have plenty of steamy sex scenes and a witty repertoire I couldn't get enough of. I seriously enjoyed everything about this book! I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.

I knew I was going to fall in love with this book when it opened with the hospital scene. Once I started I couldn't put it down. I felt so much for what happened to Vicky and how she picked herself right up to take care of her sister. I loved the chemistry between Henry and Vicky. The scene where they are on the top floor of the unfinished building was HOT. My first read from this author and I loved very minute of it. Will definitely be reading more from her.

Most Eligible Billionaire - very good!

I’d recommend the Most Eligible Billionaire. I found it very entertaining and, once I began, I just didn’t want to stop reading. The strong characters of the story were strong willed, had morals, integrity and flawed personalities making them relatable. The witty banter, with sexual innuendo, had me laughing out loud while the real situations sometimes had me in tears. It’s a HEA that, in my opinion, brought the story to a successful close!

This book was fantastic. It’s funny and fun and built on a crazy premise that makes it hilarious, but it also has real, serious elements and great character development. I enjoyed everything about this read from the use of the word “peen” which makes me laugh out loud, to the very real feelings of someone who is a survivor and faced challenges and backlash for telling the truth. Can’t wait to read more works by this author.

Entertaining......and steamy!

Read this on a day I was home sick from work. A wonderful story that is well written with enough twists to keep you interested without driving you crazy waiting to get to the point. Vicky is a multi-faceted character who is very likable and I was pulling for her the entire book. And who doesn’t like a happy ending?

These characters are great, and I enjoyed following along in their story - even though I didn’t find the “comedy” part of the “romantic comedy” as described on the cover! Hm... Great read, in any case.

This book had me hooked from start to finish. Most Eligible Bastard is a hot, fun read. I mean come on how can you say no to a dog whisperer. The characters have great chemistry and there’s a twist in the story that you don’t see coming. Vicky is a woman that lives her life guarded from everything and everyone else because of her past. She doesn’t want to go thru the same thing. She hates rich entitle people. She has a great heart and because of that she acts as a dog whisper to an old lady Bernadette just to see her happy, what’s the harm in that, right? Well little does she know that this lady and her dog where gonna change her life. Henry is Bernadette son and now that she has passed away he never expects to have to answer to Smuckers the dog and his guardian Vicky on any business matter. He hates this decision his mother took and he is gonna do anything to get them out of his way. But what happens when he can’t stop thinking about Vicky and her smart mouth. She doesn’t back down to him and that intrigues him. But Henry doesn’t do relationships, but everything can change. Annika delivers a great story, so fun to read with enough mystery, twists and hot scenes to keep you entertained. I was hooked from the beginning, it made me laugh out loud and made me sweat. Do your self a favor and grab this book is so much fun. You can’t say no to a hot guy and a tiny dog. I received an ARC and this is my review.!

Henry starts out as seeming like an egotistical jerk... well, he is one... but you learn to love him for it! There was so much more to his character that meets the eye, and when he and Vicky start to hit it off, their relationship makes perfect sense. The storyline was fresh and interesting and the writing was simply fantastic. The characters were done so well, they multifaceted and vastly entertaining. Vicky and Henry have plenty of steamy sex scenes and a witty repertoire I couldn't get enough of. I seriously enjoyed everything about this book! I received a complimentary copy of this book for my honest and unbiased review.

I knew I was going to fall in love with this book when it opened with the hospital scene. Once I started I couldn't put it down. I felt so much for what happened to Vicky and how she picked herself right up to take care of her sister. I loved the chemistry between Henry and Vicky. The scene where they are on the top floor of the unfinished building was HOT. My first read from this author and I loved very minute of it. Will definitely be reading more from her.

Most Eligible Billionaire - very good!

I’d recommend the Most Eligible Billionaire. I found it very entertaining and, once I began, I just didn’t want to stop reading. The strong characters of the story were strong willed, had morals, integrity and flawed personalities making them relatable. The witty banter, with sexual innuendo, had me laughing out loud while the real situations sometimes had me in tears. It’s a HEA that, in my opinion, brought the story to a successful close!

This book was fantastic. It’s funny and fun and built on a crazy premise that makes it hilarious, but it also has real, serious elements and great character development. I enjoyed everything about this read from the use of the word “peen” which makes me laugh out loud, to the very real feelings of someone who is a survivor and faced challenges and backlash for telling the truth. Can’t wait to read more works by this author.

It’s really hard to make a hateable jerk character turn absolutely lovable in one story, but this book does it with flair. Vicky is a strong, creative, loving woman that never feels flat. She builds a caring community all around her, pursues her art, and refuses to let the world drag her down. All that might make her sound too good to be true, but her faults are just as real as her strengths. She isn’t the damsel to be saved— she holds the power and has the backbone and brains to use it right. The artisans throughout the story made my artist heart so happy! Actors, crafters, smiths, even mimes! Doing amazing work and being appreciated for it! Argh and the beautiful sister relationship! The little shorthands between them, needling, protecting, comforting. There was just the right about of humor between the dog absurdity, self-deprecating, and aggrandizing jokes. Smuckers is a treasure of a dog. I would read this book again and again and buy more from this author besides. (I’m not going to give away the story, but CW for abusive families, past sexual assault, and claustrophobic situations.)

First time reading this author. Really enjoyed the story and the characters. It kept me reading. But then came the sex scenes that I am way too old for. However I know there is a big market for that so I understand why so many authors use it to their advantage . But It took a good while, many chapters into the story before the author went there. So I was able to enjoy the lead up. Then came what I call too much information, and more descriptive than it had to be. But again, sex sells.

Forget the title, it doesn’t do the book justice.

I really liked this book. The hero is a billionaire, but other than explaining his status, his money is not integral to the character which I love. It mostly avoids the cliche of Prince Charming saving the struggling waif. It’s about a young woman who rebuilds a life for herself and her sister from a shattered childhood. It’s about how she overcame a horror story of a traumatic experience and how she picked up the pieces. It’s also fun in how she meets said billionaire by becoming a “dog whisperer.” The dialogue is a riot. Real lol moments. How the author made this realistic was the people, the depth, New York City, the cultures, and the artisans who make it unique. How a billionaire who works for a living really lives. Kinda like the Queen of UK, it sounds good, but we know the long, complex business and social responsibilities, besides less than ideal family may not make it worth it. I just ate this book in a couple of days because the story was so original and fun. More novels like this Annika! Please?

Annika delivers a great story, so fun to read with enough mystery, twists and hot scenes to keep you entertained. I was hooked from the beginning, it made me laugh out loud and made me sweat. Do your self a favor and grab this book is so much fun. You can’t say no to a hot guy and a tiny dog. I received an ARC and this is my review.!

She was quick to catch on to any situation she was in and never fell for any of the backhanded things the Locke's threw at her. Henry starts out as seeming like an egotistical jerk... well, he is one... but you learn to love him for it! There was so much more to his character that meets the eye, and when he and Vicky start to hit it off, their relationship makes perfect sense. The storyline was fresh and interesting and the writing was simply fantastic. The characters were done so well, they multifaceted and vastly entertaining. Vicky and Henry have plenty of steamy sex scenes and a witty repertoire I couldn't get enough of. I seriously enjoyed everything about this book! Loved it

Couldn’t put it down. I hated Henry so much, I honestly didn’t think he’d be able to dig himself out of that hole. But he totally redeemed himself. Recommend!

I knew I was going to fall in love with this book when it opened with the hospital scene. Once I started I couldn't put it down. I felt so much for what happened to Vicky and how she picked herself right up to take care of her sister. I loved the chemistry between Henry and Vicky. The scene where they are on the top floor of the unfinished building was HOT. My first read from this author and I loved very minute of it. Will definitely be reading more from her.
